How do I buy passes and tickets?

Visit the Film Guide to browse our program. When you are ready to purchase tickets, click on the Buy Tickets button on each individual film page. Once there, click on the Order Tickets button and follow the checkout prompt to complete your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email containing your eTickets after you complete your purchase. Your eTickets will be scanned for entry at the theater.

Can I buy tickets at the theater? 

How do I use a discount code?

  • If you have a discount code for a pass, click on the blue “Have a Discount Button?” link within the checkout window. You will then be prompted to enter your discount code.


What if a screening is sold out?

  • If a screening is sold out online, we will have a standby line at each venue. In the event tickets become available, we will sell tickets to attendees in the standby line on a first come, first served basis. 


I have not yet received my confirmation email. How do I find my tickets?

  • After you make your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email from noreply@eventive.org with information about your purchase. Remember to check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. You can also access all your tickets under the My Tickets menu on our Eventive page. If you are still unable to find it, please contact boxoffice@indianfilmfestival.org for further assistance.


I can no longer attend a screening. Can I get a refund?

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are given, regardless of weather, traffic, parking issues, or other unforeseen phenomena, except in the case of program cancellations or COVID-19 related matters. Refunds are not given for unredeemed tickets.


How do I vote for the Audience Award?

  • You will be given the chance to vote after exiting the screening at the theater.


What is the IFFLA Lounge?

  • The IFFLA Lounge is located on the Mezzanine Level of Regal theaters at LA Live. It’s a place for IFFLA ticket and pass holders to hang out before or after screenings, grab a drink, meet the IFFLA filmmakers, and attend a happy hour or a private reception. For ticket and pass holders only.

Are the filmmakers or any actors here for a Q&A?

  • Yes, we have a number of filmmakers attending the festival. Most screenings will have a Q&A session. 

I am a volunteer, where do I go?

  • You will check-in at the IFFLA Info Desk, located in the main lobby of Regal.

What are your COVID-19 Protocols?

We no longer require attendees to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19.

We will continue to evaluate and, where appropriate, revise our policies and practices to align with state and local guidance.
