HOW DO I BUY INDIVIDUAL TICKETS?
Audiences can also experience the festival by purchasing individual tickets to screenings. Tickets can be purchased on our website or from Eventive by visiting the Film Guide or by using the Festival Schedule.
To purchase, click on the “Buy Tickets” button on each individual film page. Once there, click on the “Order Tickets” button and follow the checkout prompt to complete your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email containing your eTickets after you complete your purchase. Your eTickets will be scanned for entry at the theater.the theater.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE THEATER?
Yes! You can purchase passes and tickets at the IFFLA Box Office at the Landmark Theatres Sunset and Writers Guild Theater; dates and times are listed below. Exact in-person Box Office hours may be adjusted closer to the festival.

- Wednesday, May 7: from 6:00pm – 9:45pm (Landmark Theatres Sunset)
- Thursday, May 8: from 1:00pm – 10:00pm (Landmark Theatres Sunset)

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
If you have a discount code for a pass, click on the blue “Have a Discount Button?” link within the checkout window. You will then be prompted to enter your discount code.
WHAT IF A SCREENING IS SOLD OUT?
If a screening is sold out online, we will have a standby line at each venue. In the event tickets become available, we will sell tickets to attendees in the standby line on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the screening start time to claim your place in the Standby Line.
I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. HOW DO I FIND MY TICKETS?
After you make your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email from noreply@eventive.org with information about your purchase. Remember to check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. You can also access all your tickets under the “My Tickets” menu on our Eventive page when you are logged into your account.
If you are still unable to find your tickets, please contact boxoffice@indianfilmfestival.org for further assistance.
I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND A SCREENING. CAN I GET A REFUND?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are given, regardless of weather, traffic, parking issues, or other unforeseen phenomena, except in the case of program cancellations. Refunds are not given for unredeemed tickets or passes.
HOW DO I VOTE FOR THE AUDIENCE AWARD?
You will be given the chance to vote after exiting the screening at the theater.
WHAT IS THE IFFLA LOUNGE?
The IFFLA Lounge is a place for IFFLA pass holders to hang out before or after screenings, grab a drink, meet the IFFLA filmmakers, and attend our happy hours. For pass holders only.
ARE THE FILMMAKERS OR ANY ACTORS HERE FOR A Q&A?
Yes, we have a number of filmmakers attending the festival. All screenings will have a Q&A session and will be listed on our website.
I AM A VOLUNTEER; WHERE DO I GO?
At the beginning of their shift, volunteers must check in at the IFFLA Info Desk, located in the lobby of the Landmark Theatres Sunset.
WHAT ARE YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS?
We no longer require attendees to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19.
We will continue to evaluate and, where appropriate, revise our policies and practices to align with state and local guidance.
Stay Home If You Are Showing Signs of Illness
Please do not attend any events if you or anyone in your party is exhibiting ANY symptoms of transmittable illnesses which include but are not limited to: cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, or chills. Learn more about COVID-19 and Cold/Flu symptoms and recommended guidelines.
Please do not attend any events if in the last 10 days you or anyone in your party has been in close contact with or without face mask with someone who has COVID-19, COVID-19 symptoms, and Cold or Flu symptoms or if you or anyone in your party are currently under isolation or quarantine orders.
