FESTIVAL PRODUCER
- Supervise all festival departments during planning, on-site the week of the festival, and wrap
- Recruit staff for the above-mentioned departments and assist in recruitment of staff in other departments, as needed
- Create and oversee the master timeline and day-by-day festival schedule
- Manage the festival budget and, along with the Executive Director, be accountable for all budgetary matters
- Work closely with Executive Director to help manage festival artwork
- Manage timeline and internal process of films line-up announcement
- Support Industry Days team to program and execute various industry events
- Assist the Executive Director in the preparation and execution of staff meetings including meeting agendas and notes
- Act as the primary liaison for festival venues and on-site vendors
- Oversee the set-up of box office, production office and festival lounge on-site
- Submit individual wrap report

INDUSTRY DAYS PRODUCER
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and determine overall scope of IFFLA Industry Days (ID), in collaboration with the Executive Director
- Produce the two-day event during IFFLA, including panels, masterclasses, mentorship programs, fireside chats, pitch competition, one-on-one meetings, and networking events
- Produce IFFLA CONNECT, the festival’s forum of select South Asian projects
- Manage the process of submission and selection of projects for the pitch competition and IFFLA CONNECT
- Manage a team of coordinators and interns to execute all programs and events for Industry Days, collaborating with the Festival Producer and festival’s production team
- Create a daily schedule for Industry Days and ensure all events run smoothly and on time
- Create programmatic partnerships to benefit the objectives of the programs
- Provide program descriptions for website, press release and any other marketing materials
- Work closely with the events, marketing and publicity teams to promote IFFLA Industry Days and ensure audience participation
- Attend staff meetings (in person/virtually)
- Prepare wrap report for the department and circulate thank you note to all participants
LINE PRODUCER
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Festival Producer and Managing Director on all festival production elements
- Supervise the events department (event manager and coordinators) for any filmmaker /industry events, and to create the IFFLA festival lounge
- Work with festival producer to research and lock vendors and partners for all production and event elements, including meals, decor, technical needs, printing etc
- Coordinate with all production and event vendors, including venues
- Manage the production budget and timeline to ensure all deadlines are met
- Manage production office move from IFFLA office to main festival venue before the festival, and restore fesitval office after
- Coordinate production at festival and special events venues, including supervising set up of box office, info desks, lounge, marketing materials, and managing staff badges, parking passes, meals as needed
- Supervise installation/breakdown of red carpet and step & repeat for galas
- Post festival – ensure the completion of all festival engagements, materials and rental returns
- Participate in weekly calls with festival producer and each department prior to the festival
- Submit production wrap report
- Coordinate other IFFLA duties and responsibilities as requested
